How does it work?

The National Talent Bank is an online hub that matches the talent and time of employees with volunteering projects which benefit them and their community. It works with employers, large and small, who've been affected by the recession. It's open to business in all sectors throughout England. It's simple to use, free and backed by government.

1. Sign your company up

Email or call the National Talent Bank for more information and explore the options suitable for your company.

2. Select projects

Select volunteering projects that align to your corporate values and skills of your employees, and that are based near your place of work.

3. Get employees involved

Promote the scheme to your employees through your usual communication channels. Your employees then use a customised online hub to choose and sign up to volunteering projects.

Be part of it

Volunteering doesn’t just help disadvantaged groups and communities, it also gives valuable skills to the volunteer – especially during a recession. This innovative scheme is a new way to get people volunteering and we hope more companies and third sector organisations support the many, high-profile organisations behind the scheme.
